Scope of Work:
This renovation focused on a complete electrical and lighting upgrade throughout the home, enhancing both the functionality and aesthetic appeal of each space. The project involved the installation of new LED recessed lighting, modern hanging fixtures, and updated electrical wiring and controls to achieve a cohesive, energy-efficient, and modern lighting design.

Lighting Installation & Electrical Work:

• Installed recessed LED pot lights across the main living areas, basement, hallways, and entryway to ensure consistent illumination and eliminate dark zones.
• Each fixture was strategically placed to complement the room’s architecture and furniture layout, creating balanced light distribution with minimal glare.
• Upgraded wiring, dimmer switches, and junction boxes to meet current ESA standards, ensuring long-term reliability and safety.
• Electrical layouts were redesigned to accommodate new lighting zones, allowing for flexible control across multiple areas of the home.

Feature Lighting:
The standout feature of this project is the custom hanging chandelier installed in the stairwell.

• This contemporary fixture consists of nine suspended chrome orbs on adjustable cables, descending elegantly from a polished rectangular canopy.
• Each orb reflects natural and artificial light, adding depth and a sense of vertical openness to the stairwell.
• The fixture was carefully installed at varying lengths to achieve a cascading effect visible from both levels of the home.

Finishing Details:
All walls and ceilings were repaired and refinished post-installation to ensure a clean, seamless appearance. The combination of recessed lighting and feature fixtures provides a refined, ambient glow that transitions naturally from room to room.
